TalentVector, provided by EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector, uses AI-driven tools across its platforms, including www.talentvector.com and any related TalentVector services, to support users’ hiring, assessment, and talent development journeys. TalentVector is the market-facing brand and trade name of EdMyst Inc. References to “TalentVector,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this notice mean EdMyst Inc. d/b/a TalentVector. These tools are designed to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight generation while maintaining a commitment to transparency, fairness, and human oversight. Our use of advanced AI technologies includes:
- (a)Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze and provide tailored feedback based on written and verbal inputs.
- (b)Speech-to-Text for transcription and analysis of spoken responses.
- (c)Computer vision–based analysis, where enabled and legally permitted, to assess limited engagement indicators such as eye contact or attentiveness, subject to customer configuration and applicable notice or consent requirements.
- (d)Sentiment Analysis to help evaluate tone, context, or communication-related signals, where enabled.
- (e)Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver subject-specific content, insights and learning support.
AI-generated outputs are intended to support, not replace, human decision-making. TalentVector does not intend for AI-generated outputs to be used as the sole basis for employment, hiring, promotion, termination, or other decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review.
1. AI-Assisted Assessments
Our platform uses AI to analyze a range of skills from technical knowledge to communication competencies, enabling evaluations and personalized development paths.
2. User Awareness and Control
Where required by applicable law, users are informed when AI is used in assessments or interactions. Where applicable, consent is obtained prior to the use of specific AI features. Users may request additional information or opt for alternative processes where feasible.
3. Regulatory Compliance
This disclosure is intended to support transparency regarding TalentVector’s use of AI and should be read together with our applicable privacy notices, customer agreements, and data processing terms. Depending on the jurisdiction and use case, relevant AI and privacy frameworks may include:
- (a)EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU Regulation 2024/1689), emphasizing the responsible use of AI in areas such as transparency, privacy, safety, and bias mitigation.
- (b)New York Local Law 144 for transparency in AI-driven decision-making, especially regarding notice requirements for automated tools.
- (c)Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) Guidelines that mandate the fair, safe, and transparent use of generative AI, alongside robust data privacy measures.
